Form to play piano

The form is very important to play piano, I think.
We can notice that we use 3 positions of hands for playing all scales & arpeggios.
Then, the seat of height is also important.

Sonata k.330 C major Mozart
C major demands round form for fingers basically.

On above example, player's elbows are lower than hands and fingers almost are extended.

This piano looks period one. His elbows are almost same height to his hands.

High elbow than hands and round finger maybe fit to playing speedy.
