making space for chain and front deraileur attaching the light

My crank has 3 gears. when the smallest one is used, the chain attacks the rectangular frame. So to use it, more space is needed.
 The left one is for chain. the right one is for the front derailleur. Actually, to attach the front derailleur at right position, more space is needed.
I welded plates at these 2 cutted parts.
 I welded a fin to attach the light on the BBS. it's needed the slack to save the light case from the water.
 I like winding. Because the bike's name is python. and I love the clavichord which is early keyboard in Renaissance Baroque and classical periods. The open wound strings are used in it. The shift cable also winds the stay of the fender.
 Good look. I notice some small stones are is BBS. Maybe they came through seat post. I need a cap to cover the seat post.
I forgot taking a photo for the Bell. Where did I attach it ?
There is many the rust on the surface of the body. Painting is needed.
Tomorrow I order some tools for the paint and Bottle cage and tubes.
I need the gasoline to wipe off oil and grease.
To carry bags, what and where should I add on this bike ?

trying riding and a bit adjusting

I tried riding again !
This is 6th practice. It's easy to have a practice at wider place.
I noticed that the both edges of pedal is used to control handling. by that it's possible to handle sensibly. This time, I tried to have a balance with slower speed. Because If I ride with higher speed without enough skill of handling, that's very dangerous.
I checked the stand. The python's front is heavier than rear. So when the stand is used, rear part is off the ground. I wonder the stability of the original stand. I think that Stand stopper is needed to get stable.
The rectangular to fix the front touche the Nut on middle rectangular. I adjusted that with handy disc grinder and file.

There are many rust on steel parts. I will fall down for many times for a while.
If the welded parts has enough hardness, I can paint.

making pedals

My legs are shorter for 26 inches python. So I need solution for that.
 Hand disk grinder is cramped.
 to keep flat surface of the both edge, it is cramped like this.
 Then bended.
 Bended,
 Bended.
 At last, I couldn't make it fit to the part of the pedal.
 My solution is cutting.
 The hardness may have problem which is weak. but the thickness is twice of original.
 Done.
Attached to cranks. it doesn't look normal pedals.
I can use thinner iron plate if they have problems of hardness, I can repair by the welding.
I guess that I catch a summer cold. I have pain in right fingers and both knee joints.

I should add the light and flag. however I can't ride it well yet.

soldering boss for shift lever and order for building

Why can't I solder ?
The reason may be the weakness of my torch. I changed the tank to new one and the torch fire became stronger. Then I can't judge that I succeed soldering.
Could I do it ? If you know about soldering well, Can you tell me whether I could solder ?
From the following photo, The memo about order of building is.
 The rear and the middle parts are combinated already, then the middle and front parts are connected. The parts lay down and slant each other like V.
 At first, The upper screw for pedal is puted in the upper crank.
 Then lower crank is attached with putting off the upper crank a little.
 Screwed lower crank and the middle rectangular.
 Then the both crank are screwd.
 puting on front fender.

 attaching rear derailluer.
 Insert front tire to front part and screwed.
 Attached shift levers.
 Attached the stand.
 Adjusting derailleurs. the chain touches to right side rectangular of front part. I can't use smallest front gear.
 The wire for rear derailleur is very short !
 The outer cable is prepared before cutting inner cable.
 Then inner cable is cutted and cramped.
 Like this for the front derailleur.
 OMD (I'm an atheist, So such case, I shout to my favorite dogs which went from the world.) ! the both shift levers touched V brakes !!
 I changed the angle to attached shift levers.
 For the front derailleur, too.
 I changed brake levers to simple ones these similar with original design of the python. I need chiseling to fit the board of seat.
 Like this.
 Then cutted front side of the board of seat not to touch front fender when it is turned at 45 degrees.
Attached seat. The last job is making pedals.

welding feet to stand and making boss for shift lever and adding rectangulr tube to stay front wheel

I bougtht shift lever for road bike.
However, I can't get the boss in japan. I know I can buy it from U.S.A..
But I wanted to try making it.
At first, I measured the shift lever to know the form of boss to needed.
 The boss has square part.
I noticed that Campagnoro's boss may fit these shift lever.
 I made two bosses and 1 screw handle. I used M5 tap for Boss.
 3.1 mm from top are filed.
 Bottom square marked like this.
 Narrower parts of top  and bottom square is parallel.
 Cutted and filed. It's good job.
I have not known I can make these parts.
 I had a mistake to welding feet to stand. Why didn't I do it well ?
yesterday, I welded the other parts well. Ofcourse, I tried again. but bad work again.
 Now, attaching stand. I wonder how the stand stops. with only screw, it's hard.
I added stopper of front wheel. but, How do we  take it a parts ?

My welding technique is bad now. sometimes I can weld so so. May be I need sensible work because I use 1.6 diameter rod for welding.

I tried solderling, but I can't yet. when I make flute and oboe keys, it's easy to solder. But on this bike, I can't yet. what's is problem ?
I guess, maybe more higher temparature is needed. But I have just 1 handy gas torch. how can i heat the pipe of bike.
That's problem.
