Japanese traditional flute for Lion Dance

I'm going to brush up the traditional flute like european baroque flute. I have almost fixed my way of making traditional flute.
At first, The pitch is 414~415.
After enlarging the bore between emb & 1st tone hole to tune octave of G, It sounds at 409, After rounding emb hole's edge, It sounds 406.
The material is bamboo, outer diameter is 20 mm, legth between knots is 50 cm. Traditional kagura flute's length is 42 cm. The other Kagura flute used in Gagaku, its length is 45 ~ 46cm.
The taper of the bamboo is too less than baroque flute. Although the bore is enlarged to tune octave of G(123 456 -), but the octave of B(1 --- -) isn't matched. So harmonique fingering is used for it like renaissance flute, baroque oboe.

5th hole, for Mid F 123 4-6, then Low F 123 4-6 7
6th hole, for E 123 45- -
7th hole, for D 123 456 -
Lowest note is C 123 456 7

Outer diameter is 20mm for 400hz.
