First welding rear part 2

My first welded piece is here.

 Very bad welding work. I made 2 holes. The thickness of rectangler tube is 1.6 mm. It's thin. It needs speedy work.

Ofcourse I repaired horisontality.

I will make many mistakes on this project and I think the solution, by that, I get new techniques.

Start making rear part

I got all of tube and plate.

I started making rear part of python.

First cut seat stay.

But the seat stay's measurement is too big to rear axle screw. The outer diameter is about 16 mm and inner one is about 13mm. The rear axle screw's diameter is 9.4.
So I tried making tube to fit to the screw with Metal Lathe.

Then I cutted rectangler tube of rear parts and drilled 16 mm holes one both side of it.

Then, I check the horizontality,,,,,

OMG ! Next time I will need adjusting it with file. Metal work is very hard for me.

Waiting Materials

In here Japan, we can't get any iron recutangalrs with exact measurements on construction page of python lowracer site.
However, we can get similar ones.

In Last week, I ordered them.
Today, I got some of them. I'm waiting left ones.

Cutting parts old MTB

I want to make my python.
Python is lowracer.

We can't buy it. The way to get it is making it by myself.
In the site of above link, we can read the process of making python.

I try it !

At first, I bought 2 old MTB which frames made from Iron. Each one's price is about 20 euro. I paid 40 euro for them.

Next, I took their parts down and cleaned them.

The cleaner is one for toilet. It includes hydrochloric acid.
For quick job, it is warmed up by hot water. It took about 30 minutes.

I cutted usable parts from MTB's Frames.

Such parts are drop outs and Bottom Branckets and seat stays, etc.

 Then these parts also are washed.

To taking some parts down, I needed some special tools.
Such tools are expenshive in here.
So I buy them from abroad, U.S.A and China.

And I need recutanglar tubes. I can't get any one with exact same measurments.
I order similar ones.
For example, Sandou Iron shop. During waiting those materials, I will be able to do something.
