making rear and middle part

Wooden spacer seemed not to work well. I adjusted the distance of dropouts by hands and arms.

 some parts were re-welded. Because my skill is poor.

 I tried fitting wheel to rear part.

 Not so bad !

 Then I started middle parts. This is welded steering pivot shell.

 I adjusted the curve to fit the steering shell. by filing.

 Then it was welded.

 It's hard to weld thicker one and thinner one.

 The middle part has angle under the seat. The angle is 143 degrees.

 Welded.

 More wider welding is better ? I don't have any ideas now.

 It is the other edge of middle frame. To connect, it was cut

 Off course the bridge of rear part is also cut. Then they are connected and were welded.
