I tried to make dummies for shell. But my HSS cutters weren't useable. why ?
Because I used 2A fuse. the right one is 3A. So always I need higher rolling speed.
At last such speed made higher temparature, then HSS cutters are broken.
Today, I could notice the problem and solution !
Then I used my metal lathe as milling machine.
I also have milling machine. but the machine has attachiments for making woodwind. I don't want to change the condition. and the milling machine's power is poor for iron work.
How nice ! the hole opens almost the center of the iron plate.
I need the pricise job like this.
These plates are for dropouts. I bored holes of the diameter is 9 mm.
Next step, I cut the plate to insert screw of wheel.
Before that, I have to repaire my cutting tools for lathe.
