making front part

I started making front part. At first, this is the edge of front.

 I watched this making photo in the net.

 Then, curved each plates to the center.

 I needed to use a burner to soften the plate to be easy to bend.

 Then welded.

 sanding. I watched this way on the net photo album picasa. Mr. Jantzi did it.

 This is also a part of the front one. I have already welded 2 plate to rectangular.
I forgot the making photos. sorry.

 The small plate has hole. so it's easy to bore same diameter to the rectangular through the plates. the diameter is 12 mm.

 I started making main front part. it's same to making rear part.
