The width became narrow at the point of screw of the stand.
I forgot cramping with some hard thing between the rectangulars of the stand.
So, I need re-welding to solute the problem.
Today, I forgot taking photos of working...
Yesterday, it was hot and I had much sweat.
My welding technique becomes a little well, I think. So I re-welded some parts of the front.
I think moving with zigzag way is better to weld incision or thinner pipe with narrower welding stick.

making stand and attaching stay for dynamo and adjusting BB
I started making stand. 2 rectangular tubes are prepared from 1 m one, the measurements are 10 x 25 x 300 mm.
At 120 mm from the edge, The incision was made. The making way is same with front part. Then welded.
The width of paralle part is 44 mm. The center rectangular tube's width is 40 mm. The thickness of washers is added.
M8 screw is used for this stand. at first with 6 mm diameter drilled, then with round file, it widen to 8 mm adjusting the position.
I attached a stay for dynamo. Now we can use nickel hydrogen battery for LED. However I want to use old way.

I adjusted Bottom Brancket.
It looks too hard. But when I ride on my python, my weight add to the part and the movement changes. So it's good, I think.

making handle and pedals and adding spoke for front fender
My idea of the handle for my replica after python is bad idea.
I noticed that it was broken by falling down.
I have to know original one's potencial.
The tube is cutted from the handle is used as parts of seat back.
The one circle egde change to oval.
These are not looked oval form.. but the shorter length is near seat rectangular's height.
The width of seat is 150 mm. to weld well, I cut and bended the oval edge to fit more to the rectangular.
I used wooden boad to get 90 degrees angle and flat.
The rectangular has already had holes for screw to attach seat board. It's needed to weld not to cover the hole.
Like this, but more space is needed for washer. My welding technique is not good yet.
New handles were welded.
I'm waiting simple brake levers without shift lever.
My legs are shorter for 26 inch python. I can use shorter crank. but such crank is for kids. it doesn't 3 gears.
I read that It isn't easy to ride on uphill slope with the python. So I thought 3 front gear of MTB should be tried.
So If the length of crank is changed, they are cutted and welded.
I got an idea. If thicker pedal is used, It can help my shorter legs.
The red one is original one made in Taiwan, the brand name is welgo. It's made from Aluminum.
I bought aluminum plate which the thickness 3 mm to get hardness.
Cutted edges.
drilling holes. 4 holes of those are for screw. the other is for light weight. I guess it's hard to bend aluminum plate. maybe I need heating and bending on same time.
Aluminum is soldered at about 500-600 degrees. The material doesn't have color change of temperature. How can I bend it ?

Breaking handle post
About 1.5 hour ago, the handle post was broken.
I felt down for many times, at all that time, the handle touched to the ground and the gravity and my weight were on it.
The middle rectangular tube flair just a little. The idea of adding the handle to this position is mine. I can say now that's bad idea.
These shifters and brakes were scratched by falling down.
I should change the idea about handle, brake, shifter.
Original is quite reasonable, now I get it.

5th practice to ride python
This is short movie of my practice to ride python.
Speed is needed to balance, I experienced that. Thank you for your advices.

change attaching back seat and today's practice
On the constuction page of python lowracer, the back seat has 4 holes to tie seat back folk.
I couldn't understand why 4 holes are needed. so I made just 2 holes.
However, through practice to ride python, unstable back seat makes harder to take balance.
So today's first thing is adding more 2 holes on back seat.
I tied it like this. the rope is for shoes.
Back side. I tied it with one rope for shoes.
Today's practice. I set back seat angle to reclining. after this practice.
I noticed more speed to get balance. In the other word, I set too low gear.
I changed the rear gear to 3rd, front gear keeps lowest.
I got advice from someone, by pedaling, we can get balance. but if speed is enough higher, noneednes with pedaling, it must get balance in such case.
My muscle of arms has pain. they will become powerful.

Heat job for support rear fender and repaire fender and practice to ride
At first, The stainless rod is very hard.
I need heating it to bend.
It's dangerous job.
Then I added one support rod to rear fender. The middle one is it.
Then they are screwed like this. I think left one is shorter. I have to adjust it.
The Front fender's hole for screw is broken. this fender is made from FRP. I thought such material is flexible. in fact, when the front tire turn left or right at 45 degrees, The fender is pushed by the seat. off course I cut the seat, but it wasn't enough.
I repaired this with thinner metal plates, and more distance is made between fender and the metal plate which is attached the fender with screw.
This is today's practice to ride my python. after that, I changed
seat angle to near vertical and attached back plate of seat. However,
This setting needs longer legs. Mine is shorter....
