Welding rear folk to center frame

At first, I made slit on the surface of center rectangular by handy disc grinder.

This time, I use second hand front folk for BMX as rear folk.
The folk was inserted to center rectangular.
Now welding !

The welding wire has flux. So after welding, the welded part looks white.

Brush, brush the flux.
But many stappa leave there.

The part of back of steering plate was cut to bend at 133 degrees.

Then, it was clumped and welded.

There were many stappas around of welded part.
I use chisel and hammer to clean them.

The rear and center as a part of main frame.

I made some slits on the rectangular for the front part.

I had a mistake. A slit wasn't needed ! I welded it.

Then, bend.

I noticed the sketch to fit the angle of bending was wrong.
I wrote it again.

Tucked at needed point and support metal sheets were the both edges. I attached some parts for front part.

Welding ! I welded it from toward where welding becomes easier.

Not bad. I need brushing and cleaning.
At last, I welded two small plate at inside edges.

This time, my welding stuff is so speedy with no gas mig welding machine. I need brushing my welding skill more.

Fine.
