I use V brakes for this bike. The forks are wider for them. I need making stays for them.

Then taking and welding.

I forgot attaching spacer between dropouts. So the width became narrow.

The opposite side of fork to boss of V brakes got incision. By welding it, the end width becomes wide.

This is for rear.Then next is for front.

I used wrong tube for front deraileur. The diameter 28.6 mm. 31.8 mm is needed. I welded wider tube on the narrower tube.

At last, I have started installing bike components.
