Attaching mudguard and making seat

To fix the position of seat, it's needed attaching mudguard.
Before that,  I added some washer between bended crank and middle rectangular.
By that, the crank doesn't touch to the rectangular, So the form of the rectangular is kept.
To attach mudguard, a female screw is maked, the guid hole's diameter is 5 mm. The tap is for 6 mm.
The other side, just hole which diameter is 6 mm was made
The other side, Just hole the diameter 6 mm. The front wheel was assembled again.

Rear wheel also got a fender.
The front side of rear fender is screwed from underside. I think this part may be changed more thicker one.
Next, making seat ! These measurements for parts of seat are larger, so I used hand saw for that.
 I cut them roughly.
 Then finished with japanese traditional plane.
 The above photo is rough. Then following photos were planed.
 It may be hard to see the line drawn by pencil.
Good job. Then cramped smaller one and a rectangular for seat.
 Then boring, the diameter is 5 mm. these are screwed and cramped to upper crank for boring.
 Like this, The center hole of veneer works as guide to drill upper crank.
 Almost center ! perfect job. Then taking off only the veneer.
 Check the angle 90 degrees ! then masking fender and welding.
 Done.
 Assembling the veneer again. and mark the position for the belt. The position is more 10 mm front of rectangular for seat.
First, I tried making holes and cut with string saw. But the saw's blade is too wider.
 I needed the other way.
 This drill isn't drill. it's the end mill for milling machine.
Making long wide hole is easy with it !
At last hammock seat can be sawn. The distance of belt of bottom side is better more near. But this position can work support my hip,too.
The position of hub for seat may be too back.
Sitting shot. 26 inch folk is bigger. The head rest may not needed.
No, It's needed.

Assembling

At first, It' needed to set up for assembling.
 I use 2 folding working bench. To the top of tires, a rectangular is tied.
 Then bottom of tires are on a line.
Like this. it's nice setting.
 The distance of centers of tires should be setted at 1290 mm.
The pivot angle is setted 67 degrees. Because Original pythons has the degrees.
I only have a portable gas torch. It is impossible to be soften the crank with such torch. the crank does have a incision to bend it easily.
Then, with strong shaft, it was bended to fit to middle rectangular and front part.
 It looks perfect, However it was needed to check the angle by assembling it.
 Then the incision was widen to weld.
 Done. Next to bore 2 holes for screws which the diameter is 8 mm.
The edge of middle rectangular was cut with same angle of BBS to be parallel.
Marking the position for boring, then they are bored with the drill which diameter is 6mm. Adjusting their position, they are widen to about 8 mm with round file.
More one assembling, then marked a position on the bended crank. Then bored with center drill and 8 mm drill.
 2 tubes were made from seat stay to support the middle rectangular from the inside. The length is quite same to inside of middle rectangular which is about 36.5 mm. They aren't welded.
 More one assembling to mark to cut upper crank and this time, lower crank were screwed with some washers to keep the from of middle rectangular.
 Then it was cutted. By repeating assembling and grinding a little and a little, at last it has exact angle, then

 Welded and grinded.
Fine.

Welding pivots of V bkakes and attaching tires and so on.

I grinded the pivots for V brakes to fit rectangular. At first they were cutted by hand grinder.
 Next maked the angle of 90 to fit rectangular by hand disc grinder.
 Then, they were cramped and welded. The position is dicided to fit V brakes. However for rectangular, more deep cutting is needed, I have noticed later.
 However this welding was not enough. I re-welded them later. Maybe the surface of rectangular needed sanding to weld well.
 I replaced older v brake parts to new one. I used a new parts for front V brake.
 When I attached tire to front part, the dropout bended to inside a little. It was hard to insert the screw to dropouts. So I adjust the angle of dropout by hammer. then welded point broke. I re-welded there. My welding technique is poor yet.
 On above photo, those pivots for v brakes were welded again. I want to paint V brakes yellow.
 I attached shaft for crank. but the shaft and BBS works for steering. The screw was so hard. probably, by the high temparature of welding changed the cylindrical form a little. Next time, with attached he screw caps and welding is better, I think.
When attached those shaft for BBS, I putted in grease.
 This is for cranks.
Today's working was completed. the place where the handle is attached is back of BBS, I think. BBS for crank can be attached more near to tires, if my legs are too shorter. Next time, I try connecting middle and front parts and attache handle and making stand then attach crank and pedal and chain then adjust them.
More longer time as day  is needed.
If This python works well, I want to change tires to the other one to fit on road.
I should make it by myself or buy completed tires. it's problem, however, I can't get rear hub for boss free. The sprocket is new and the price is about 9 euro. But the problem of money is bigger one for me always.
